Product Quality Guarantee
At Art And Pets, we are committed to providing you with high-quality custom products that meet your expectations. We take great pride in the materials, design, and printing techniques used to create your items.
In the instance that your product does not meet our standards, we provide two solutions to resolve the issue:
- Remanufacturing with free shipping
- Full refund, either by credit or store credit
If any of the following defects are found upon receiving the product, we will ask that you provide photos or videos of the defects within 4 weeks of delivery.
If you fail to contact us within 4 weeks after receiving the product, we will assume that all product issues are due to normal wear and tear and will not be considered quality issues.
- Damaged Products: Products that are visibly damaged, like bended prints, major cuts in the prints, etc.
- Scratches/dents: Obvious scratches on lamination, dents, bent corners, etc.
- Debris: Dust finding its way in-between lamination.
- Lamination Issues: There are gaps and bubbles between the lamination and print.
- Printing issues: Ink blots, white lines, etc.
- Off-center: For example, in the case of stickers, the design is off-center and the white outline is visibly unbalanced.

Extreme Color Difference: Please note that colors may differ between the customer's monitor and the monitors at Art And Pets. However, in the case of an extreme color difference, it will be considered a defect.
- Cutting Issues: Stickers are not kiss-cut enough, making it impossible to peel at the peeling line.
Any and all initially detected defects will be sent to the customer for keeping, alongside the custom products.
